Demise ICD Fix for the Ding Bug

All you have to do is unzip the file and then merge the registry entries into your registry. It will add and/or overwrite the registry with the correct entries to correct the ding problem when starting Demise. Use at your own risk! If this breaks your system, I am not responsible.
